The mosque village Kzil Bairak

The mosque was built in 1996-1997 according to a project by the architects T.M.Agishev, I.N.Agisheva, O.N.Avksentieva and the designer V.A.Abramov. The mosque is a two-storeyed building with separate entries and praying rooms for men and women and two minarets from its northern side. The entrance for women is in the east facade, for men - in the north facade. The vestibules place the staircases leading to the second floor, rooms for ablutions, sanitary and service facilities. The small women's praying room with the entry from the men's vestibule is arranged along the diagonal axis of the building, in front of the main entrance. The two symmetrically placed side staircases are leading to the hall of the second floor and the main hexahedral praying room. The room is ceiled by the four-faceted hipped roof with the eight-faceted tier of the muezzin under the low hipped roof. From the vestibule one can get to the minarets. The spiral staircase is leading from the high tetrahedron first tier through the octahedron shaft of the minaret to the tier of a muezzin and its circular balcony. The mosque is a modern Moslem religious construction with the restored two-minaret arrangement, which used to be widely spread in the religious architecture of the Tatars.
